Study on equilibrium characteristics of chelation between model compounds and non-process element in pulp flow

摘  要:In the paper, the chelate equilibrium constants of non-process elements (NPEs), Al, Fe, Cu, Ca, Mn, Mg, to the organic model compounds, such as p-coumaric acid, sulfosalicyie acid, salicyie acid, citric acid, have been set out and analyzed by using pH potentiometer and spectrophotometer. The results indicated that the chelate equilibrium constants between Al3+, Fe3+ and the organic model compounds were bigger than that between other metal ions and the organic model compounds, and their chelate compounds were the most steady; the organic model compounds with a chain structure have the strongest ability to chelate with NPEs; Fe3+ and Al3+ have a stronger ability to chelate organic model compound than other metal ions.
